- Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the nature of the cancellation or service disruption.
4. Customer Responsibilities

- Access to Property: You must ensure that the property is accessible and that there are no obstacles or restrictions that could hinder the moving process.
- Packing and Labeling: While we offer packing services, you are responsible for ensuring that all items are packed securely and appropriately if packing services are not used.
- Insurance: While Ocklawaha Movers takes every precaution to handle your belongings with care, we recommend purchasing moving insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer or items of extraordinary value unless specifically insured and packed by us.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Damage to Property: Ocklawaha Movers is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs due to natural disasters, accidents, or conditions outside our control.
- Insurance Coverage: We provide basic insurance coverage for your items during the move. However, this coverage may be limited. We encourage customers to inquire about additional coverage for more protection.
- Liability Limitations: Our liability for damage to property is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, subject to the terms of our insurance policy.
6. Prohibited Items
We are unable to transport certain items due to safety, legal, or logistical reasons. These include:

- Perishable items (food, plants, etc.)
- Valuable items such as cash, jewelry, or important documents (unless insured and packed by us)
It is your responsibility to ensure that prohibited items are not packed with your belongings.

- Timeliness: While we make every effort to arrive on time and complete the move within the scheduled window, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
- Delivery Schedule: Delivery times for long-distance moves are approximate. Ocklawaha Movers will keep you informed of any changes or delays to the scheduled delivery time.
- Access to Delivery Locations: You must ensure that delivery locations are accessible. Additional fees may apply if the location is difficult to access or requires special equipment.
